The results of my ultrasound of breast lump mammogram shows twoswollen lymph nodes

I found a lump in my breast. The results of my ultrasound of breast lump  mammogram shows twoswollen lymph nodes, suspicious areas on mammography and breastultrasound showed swelling mass of 50 miles. I have not felt the pain, the reality is very healthy. ultrasound of breast lump probably true mass fibroadenoma? But I wasa little old for that? So it does not have to go ahead and have a biopsy orlumpectomy of seeing enlarged lymph nodes as well? I saw the surgeonin 2 days to consult, I was expecting such a notice before that date.Someone told me that they can see it for 6 months and then monitored. Ido not think I could live with waiting, watching and hoping for the best. It should not only are we seeing now? I have a family history of breastcancer. (I wrote a few days ago asking about heartache (no answers so far) because I was not sure about my pain, after writing this piece I foundand found that where the pain comes, I can say now.)

Fibroadenoma is less common in women aged, but still possible, especially when women received estrogen therapy. it can cause pain when growing up (more than three inches) be sure to get ultrasound of breast lump as fast as possible  and surgical removal is usually recommended by a specialist. MRI or biopsy is used when ultrasoundcan not distinguish and diagnose fibroadenoma or other breast lumps. Biopsy or excision of the tumor after ultrasound of breast lump is important (Do not wait too long)
