Fun Book About Autumn,
I got this book for my son right after he started kindergarten and he really liked it. Humorous as always, the Critter family drives out to the country for the Fall Festival to see the leaves changing colors, eat apples, drink apple cider, go on a tractor hay ride, pick out pumpkins, play horseshoes and more. Of course, Little Critter eats too many apples and gets a tummy ache at the end, but everyone still had a great time. A book we will use for years as my son’s reading skills improve and he can read on his own more.

Mercer Mayer’s “Little Critter” book series is a favorite at our house. Great job, it’s another good one! The smaller books like these are made for kids to be able to read on their own. Great buy.
