This is a fun set of golf balls. The three types of exploding balls are single use, massive cloud of white powder, a cloud of water, and a streamer. The fourth, unputtable ball, is reusable. Nobody will ever mistake these balls for real golf balls, so the chances of slipping one into a golfer’s bag and playing a trick on them is slim to none (every golfer looks for the brand marking or a number on the ball, these balls are perfectly white with no markings).
The funniest ball is the unputtable. It feels a little tiny bit light. The key is a heavy weight inside the ball that makes the ball wiggle all over the place as you putt it. It is honestly impossible to putt this ball straight.
As a joke, these are pretty darn good fun. The price per ball is about right – this is the most economical set versus the others (there’s an 8 ball set and you can buy each of these as singles at a premium price). Shipping was perfectly fine, none of the balls arrived cracked.
The exploding balls do leave a fair amount of debris, these are a hard plastic shell that cracks. None of these will harm your golf club.

OMG this was the best gag EVER!!!!! My SIL and I tried these on our husbands and one of their friends at the driving range. We dumped them into the buckets of balls that we bought while the guys were getting their clubs out of our cars. My husband went to hit the first one and it was the exploding one. (We were about to bust trying not to laugh) then my BIL hit one and it was the one that disappeared in a mist of water, then my BIL’s best friend hit one and it was the one that exploded and the streamer flew out. My SIL and I and my then 4 year old daughter were in tears we were laughing so hard. The guys were still confused and my SMART BIL said to my husband, “If it happens again, it’s an OMEN!!!!!” We about died when he said that! I HIGHLY suggest getting these! Best laugh I had in YEARS.

ALthough most of the balls are a one time use only, the price makes it worth it, and the unputtable ball is always fun. The only issue I had was they wouldn’t ever be mistaken for real golf balls, making it difficult to fool friends. Makes a great stocking stuffer or joke birthday present.
